We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis and we aim for high uptime, but we make no warranty of continuous, error-free access.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at [email protected].

You retain full ownership of the content you create, upload, or dictate using MagicScribe — including your documents, forms, and form submissions.
By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any personal data contained in your documents or forms, particularly where those documents contain information about third parties.
AI features should not be used as a substitute for professional advice. Content produced by MagicScribe is not legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice. If your use case involves regulated professions, you remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable rules and standards.
Your voice recordings and document text may be processed by third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) as described in our Privacy Policy.
A free tier is available with usage limits on dictation sessions and AI requests. These limits may change with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are displayed at magicscribe.tech/pricing. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes where shown.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your account. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period unless required by law.
We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer law protections.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via the application at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
